Time to make the Donuts!

The ward was having a break the fast, but we went home to enjoy dinner with Daddy.  The kids were disappointed because there were donuts at the break the fast.  Looks like it was time to make the donuts at home!  I tried a yeast donut recipe and they turned out ok.  The kids really enjoyed licking the icing bowl!

6 Flags Again!

We decided to do 6 Flags passes again.  We had to go pick up our passes and then we got some food and did a few rides.  The big kids went to ride some bigger rides and the littles went to play in Boom Town.  Welcome back to 6 Flags fun!

Clark is too big for all of the rides in Boom Town, and Lorna is getting too big too.  Looks like our last day playing in the little kids area.  

Sailing Day... almost

The young men were going to meet at Lake Arlington to go sailing with Bro Ghormley.  Unfortunately the boat trailer got stuck in the mud so the activity got cancelled.  On the way home I decided to go to the dock and check out the lake.  The boys really didn't want to be there because they were still bummed about not sailing.  It was nice to look at the water and Lorna really enjoyed seeing the ducks too.  It was a beautiful night.

Hairless

Jeff's hair has been falling out from the chemo treatment.  He has tried to be gentle to keep it as long as possible.  This morning when he woke up the hair was just too patchy to keep any longer...

It was coming off in clumps so

I shaved it super short for the day...

We had a shaving party that night... time to BIC it!

Nathan had Tiffany shave his head too so he could support Jeff during his chemo time.  It was fun trying to get a normal photo ... they were being silly!

Gaming Chairs

We got some kid gaming chairs to add to the media room seating.  The kids loved testing them out for us!

Yay for relaxing chairs in the media room!

Co-op Class Time

The kids are really enjoying their classes this semester!  I love that they get to do art, history, and other fun classes with friends!

Chemo Day 1

Time to kill the cancer!  Day 1 of way too many.  Jeff started out day 1 strong.  

All hooked up and ready to go.

By the end of the day, Jeff was not feeling well.  Looks like it's gong to be a long few months of treatment.
