Bonding Boy Time

Grant shared his ear buds with Jeff.  It was so cute to watch them together.  They are two peas in a pod!  Love watching them :)

Girl Party

For Sandra's 14th birthday she had friends over for games and then off to Braums for ice cream!  We tried to do a rock climbing party, but Savanah hurt her ankle so Sandra postponed the party.  Then Covid hit and everything shut down.  It's been a bit frustrating figuring out doing things with the world shut down.  

It's a good thing Sandra is easy going and being with her friends was all she really wanted.  Savanah Hull, Bree and Ell all came to hang out with Sandra.  It was fun to take the girls to get ice cream too!  They had such fun eating delicious ice cream and talking!  True girl time!

Pool Fun

It seems that every year I have to deal with a broken, dirty pool. This year is no different.  I'm glad to have it blue again!  Shock is a beautiful tool!

 

A Day of Rest

Sunday is always a nice day to enjoy resting... and for most people in our house that rest has to do with electronics!  It's a different time and age than we grew up, but it seems we are just as invested in our electronics as our kids.  Time to rest and enjoy time together.

Handled

Finally finished the update with the hardware.... New towel racks!  It looks so much better now!  It took a few minutes to figure out the two bath towel locations, but I think it turned out quite well!

 

Date Night Fortune

Jeff and I grabbed a quick date night at Panda Express.  It was nice to enjoy a meal away (even if we were just at Jeff's office :)).  After eating we opened up our fortune cookies and mine was empty.  I felt a bit nervous... do I not have any future???  I posted about it on fb and people mentioned it was a sign of good luck.  Jeff did get an interesting fortune so that was fun!  Happy Fortunes everyone!

 

Skinny?

It's been a few months since starting on my healthy journey with Tiffany.  I have lost over 30 lbs!  It feels so good to have let go of that extra weight and fit into some skinnier clothes!  One of my fun surprises was putting on my High School graduation dress again!  I loved this dress and to be able to fit into it after over 13 years... um, yes please!  OK, so maybe it's odd that I still have the dress after so long, but come on, it is beautiful!  

Also, I have been trying out new clothes and styles.... hello skinny jeans!  I'm not used to them yet, but I think they look good :)
