10 years!

10 years ago this beautiful girl joined our family!  She has grown up so much over the last 10 years!  She is an awesome big sister.  She likes being included with the older kids, even if their personalities don't always mesh.  She is strong willed and determined.  We love our Punkin!

Sunday night we went to the cousins house to share dessert.  Everything was crazy on Mhari's birthday with her party and the ward Christmas party!

Merry Christmas

Our ward had their annual Christmas party!  There seemed to be a lot of people missing, but we had fun.  After dinner there was a pinata.  The kids really enjoy that.  There was also a program with music that we got to help play along with bells. Sandra got to be a shepherd and she brought up Lorna as her sheep.  Sandra did great and everyone loved Lorna :)  It's starting to feel more like Christmas!

Party!

For Mhari's 10th birthday she got to have a friend party!  She chose to go rollerblading and invited Eva, Bria and Bree.  She had gotten rollerblades for her birthday so she was so excited to get to use them!  It took a good hour for her to get stable on the roller blades, but then she was letting go of the wall and having even more fun!  I'm glad she had a great time.  After rollerblading we went over to a frozen yogurt store for dessert.  Everyone had a great time!

Dessert was so good!  Some of the girls couldn't finish because they had gotten so much!

Festive

With the house being under construction I haven't been very motivated to decorate for Christmas.  We decided to put up a tree and our nativity.  It's crazy living in so much dust, but it was nice to have some decorations out to help it feel like it's the holidays!

Lowe's date

Jeff and I took a quick trip to Lowe's to check out cabinets and what not.  Figuring out our new kitchen cabinets is quite a challenge.  While we were there Jeff decided he needed to sit down.  I'm so glad he found a nice comfortable chair ;).  He said he needed to check out the merchandise.  Silly boy!

Tired

I think everyone is tired!  School was over for the day and everyone was napping!  We are all ready for a break!  

It's also cold enough to light a fire!  It sure is nice to have a fireplace to help warm up the house! 

17 years ago

Happy 17 Years!  Seriously, I'm not sure how time flies by!  It has been an exhausting anniversary!  Nathan and Tiffany moved into a new home and we helped load the truck last night and unload today.  Nathan has a crazy work schedule so most of the work ended up on Tiffany.  It wasn't the best move, but with 2 weeks notice it got done. They are happy to be in their new home and we are happy to have them just a few miles down the road.  

For our anniversary we took the kids with us out to dinner.  We went to Red Robin and had a nice meal.  The kids enjoyed getting to eat out and it was nice to relax a bit after a very busy weekend!
