Gaming Chairs

We got some kid gaming chairs to add to the media room seating.  The kids loved testing them out for us!

Yay for relaxing chairs in the media room!

Co-op Class Time

The kids are really enjoying their classes this semester!  I love that they get to do art, history, and other fun classes with friends!

Chemo Day 1

Time to kill the cancer!  Day 1 of way too many.  Jeff started out day 1 strong.  

All hooked up and ready to go.

By the end of the day, Jeff was not feeling well.  Looks like it's gong to be a long few months of treatment.  

Port

To prepare for chemotherapy Jeff had to get a port put in.  We didn't realize this would be a hospital procedure that Jeff would need to be put under.  Since Jeff doesn't do well with anesthesia, he talked to the Dr about doing the procedure under local anesthetic.  The Dr. agreed to do it.  Jeff did so good and after the procedure the Dr. said that Jeff was his best local anesthesia patient in 20 years.

Park Day!

We had an off week at Co-op ao we planned a park day!  It was fun to be out and get to play with friends.  The older kids spent time playing sand volleyball and climbing trees.  The little kids enjoyed the playground.  It was a hot, humid day, but everyone had a good time!

 Watching the kids swim is such fun!  This summer has been full of sun and swimming!

So grateful to get to keep swimming into the fall!

Furnished

With the Labor Day sales it was time to update the family room furniture!  It was fun to go and check out the couches.  We found a beautiful sectional at the Rooms to Go Outlet Store.  The pillows added some fun color and we picked some red lamps as color pops too.   We didn't want the room to feel to dark so it was nice to bring in some lighter furniture.  I'm so happy to have a beautiful room!
