33 Years Young

Jeff also had a birthday while we were in Phx.  He actually had gone back to TX to work for a week and flew back out on his birthday.  We celebrated with his family the next day.

Let's just say that the best part of doing a "cake" and candles is lighting the candles.  I think that's as good of a present as anything else.

Of course there are helpers since it always takes a while to light so many candles!

The boys loved helping daddy!

All lit... ready for the wish!

I love how much smoke the candles make!  So fun!

Happy birthday Hunny!  I love you and am so happy to have you as my hunny and as the father of our children!  You are amazing!  Thanks for all you do for me and our family!  Looking forward to enjoying many many more birthdays with you!

2 Year old Biggness!

While we were on vacation our baby biggness, AKA Clark, turned 2!  We celebrated with my family (see earlier post) and Jeff's family.  Here are the photos from the birthday celebration:

The birthday cake... I mean, ice cream sandwich :).

I think he liked it!

Clark is such a wonderful boy!  He has been so laid back and happy, he's a joy to our family!  Now that he's 2 he tends to throw more fits, but nothing terrible.  He will go to his room when I tell him to (so he can calm down) and then we are all fine.  He loves his baby sister and is now saying Lorna.  He has started talking much more also!  It's great to hear him saying new words all the time!  His favorite toys are still balls and cars.  He likes trains too and calls them "choo choo".  These last two years went by so fast! We love you Clark!

Reunion activities

For the reunion there were several activities for the kids...

Aaron was in charge of helping the kids make little books.  They were so cute!

Fun to see the kids being creative!

We had water time with sprinklers.  Uncle Nathan even pulled out the hose to spray the kids down.  It was hot and nice for the kids to cool off :)

Clark running along the sidewalk.  He's happy here, in case you couldn't tell.

We also did finger painting over names.  Once they are done you peel off the tape (name spelled with tape) and then it looks really cool.  I was in charge of this station.  It was more of a pain than I thought it would be, but it turned out good in the end.

I missed getting pictures of Uncle Nathan doing paper airplanes with the kids.  They all had a great time doing all of the different stations.  It was fun to see what the kids created!
