Buying this land progressed really slowly. It was as if the title company would not do the things they needed to do. We ended up pushing closing back a week to get it done. It all worked out and we signed on the land! Once we were done Jeff and I went over and got a new lock and chain for the front gate. We drove around and I took some fun scenic pictures. It is so beautiful and peaceful there! We have so much to do and so many plans to make. We are excited for this new adventure!
We are going to be starting up a YouTube Channel to record our progress too. We are Blackacre Ranch!
