Whitmer Gathering

We got together with Holly and Murray and kids Friday evening for dinner, then met up with everyone for pies at Westen's house afterwards.  It was nice to get to hang out with family.  We missed Darl and Miche' and kids.  I took a few shots of people visiting.  It was nice to get to spend some time with my mom too.  Time really is going by too fast!

Park Day

The kids spent most of the afternoon at the park.  It made life nicer at the house to have the kids out playing.  I would go over and check on kids and take photos.  Some of the older kids helped watch the little ones so that was helpful too.  Everyone played so well together!

Temple Time

Tuesday morning we went to the Gilbert Temple to do baptisms.  Grandma and Aunt Michelle hung out with Clark and Lorna while the rest of us went down.  There were tons of people at the temple and the workers were a bit overwhelmed with the crowd.  It all worked out and it was a great experience.  I love watching Talmage and Grant do the baptisms!  Jeff and his dad were able to do the confirmations.  Afterwards we hung out to take a few photos.  The girls were still a bit wet, but overall I think they turned out pretty well!  

Wednesday morning we were able to attend the Phoenix temple and have all of the Williams cousins there for baptisms (except the littlest ones).  It was nice to have the 3 brothers there helping with the ordinances.  I really enjoyed this part of the trip!

I tried to schedule time to see as much family as possible, while we were in town.  My sister, Christa, and her family were going up to Utah for Thanksgiving, but they were still in town for the first part of the week.  We met up with them on Monday night for dinner and games.  The kids had a great time playing!  We did a group game of Farkle so that was fun too!  It is crazy how much everyone is growing up!

Racquetball Time

While in Phoenix, Grandma got some rackets and balls for kids to go play racquetball.  The kids had never played so it was interesting to learn.  They tried, and basically ended up making up their own game.  It was nice to get out of the house and use up some energy too!  It is nice that the park is right behind the grandparents house!

Family Gatherings

We went home to Arizona for Thanksgiving this year.  It had been several years since we had been back.  It was so great to see family and let the kids have time with their cousins!  The first Sunday we were in town, Aaron came over with his kids.  It took the kids a few minutes of staring at each other before they started warming up.  It was fun to go around the house and take pictures of everyone doing different things together :).
