Happy Easter

Grandma Whitmer sent the kids an Easter package.  They loved it. Of course, we made resurrection rolls too, but I didn't take any photos of them this year.  Another year gone and another year so grateful for Jesus Christ and His atonement!

 

Temple Trip

Elder Cooper has reached out to us a couple of times to take him to the temple.  This time it worked out for our schedule, so we picked him up from Forney on our way to Dallas.  It was so fun to be together and catch up!  It was especially nice to be in the temple together!  Cooper is an awesome guy, and we will always have a special place in our hearts for him!  Our little Mini Cooper!

 

Spring Evening

Time to finish up the mowing.  This time Jeff attacked the 2.5 acre pasture!  It really does look amazing when it's mowed!  Such a nice evening outside!

Darcy is such a photogenic dog!  Maybe it's because he loves people so much!  We are loving this beautiful spring weather!

The Hulls came through town, so we met them at the ranch!  We got to show them around the property!  It was so fun to be together!  We were so busy having fun that I spaced taking phots until the end when I got a selfie with Amanda. 

Spring is also in full swing around here... with beautiful flowers!  Such an amazing day to be outside!

 

Mow, Mow, Mow!

The spring rains have sure brought a lot of pasture growth.  Let's really call it what it is... weed growth!  Jeff went down and mowed the bottom of pasture 6 and got it looking amazing!  I love seeing so much progress in just a few hours!  Jeff even made a better down spot for the tractor to use as we go down into pasture 6.  It was a good day!

 

RS Birthday!

This year for our Relief Society birthday party we invited out Jill Smith with Wonderwoman Outreach.  We did a formula and diaper drive for her program to help young mothers.  She spoke to our group and shared a wonderful message about helping others!  It was a wonderful night!

Closer!

 

We are starting to get the roof taken down!  It's coming along well!  Some of the rust makes getting the bolts undone impossible!  Then we have to grind off the top of the bolt.  It makes it for some slow-going work, but at least we are getting somewhere!
