Time for the District Food Competition! After a couple more practices the kids were ready. They ended up in the main dish category. Their ingredients were for some sort of pineapple chicken taco. They did pretty well. They didn't cook their pineapples at all so that would have been interesting to change up their meal. I heard them during their judging and that went really well. Out of 7 teams they took 3rd. Not too bad. I'm glad they did well :)
