Happy Easter!

For Easter Sunday we had family over and enjoyed a nice dinner.  I also made resurrection rolls... our Easter tradition.  I love that the kids help make them and enjoy remembering that Jesus was buried in the tomb and was risen on the 3rd day.... the tomb was empty!

For FHE the next night we did an Easter Egg Hunt.  The little kids had been begging me to do one so I found some eggs and candy on clearance for the hunt.  I had the older 3 kids hide the eggs and then the younger 3 find the eggs.  Everyone got candy at the end.  It was fun to see the older kids get creative hiding the eggs!  The younger kids loved finding the eggs!  It was nice to not have to be in charge of the activity too :)

One of the best hiding spots!  None of the kids found them until the older kids helped hint around them.

Yay for Family and Easter fun!  We are so grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ and for his atonement and resurrection!
