Happy Halloween!

We took it pretty easy this year for Halloween.  Well, I guess we did Halloween a few days early and chilled on the real day.  It was nice to just hang out at home and watch a scary movie with the kids.  I was already Halloweened out so it was perfect for me :).

The Saturday before our ward did their Trunk-or-Treat.  There are always tons of cars and lots of candy which is so much easier than going door to door ;).  The kids all wanted to be sheep this year for Halloween.  I was skeptical, but decided to support my animal crazy kids.  Well, then Grant wanted to be a fox and Clark wanted to be a dog.  We figured it all still fit with the sheep theme (the predator and the protector).  Jeff and I were the sheep farmers, or whatever you call people that own sheep :).  It was a fun night and we got tons of candy!

Our family!

Nathan and Tiffany's family.  They joined us for our Halloween fun!  We also had all the grandparents with us too!

Trunk-or-Treating

Jeff hung out by a tree to pass out our candy :)

Kids going through their newly acquired candy!

After the trunk-or-treat we head over to the local lake to drive through the Haunted Forest.  The campsites are decorated and pass out candy as you drive around.  Everyone piled into the back of our old truck and enjoyed getting scared by all the cool people and also getting more candy!  It is really well done!
Happy Halloween!
