Solar Eclipse

While we were at the Perot Museum a lady was walking around handing out solar glasses for the solar eclipse that was happening later that day.  I kind of thought that we couldn't have that much luck to end up at the museum, get solar glasses and have a solar eclipse all in the same day.   Well, we were.

It started that night at 4:50 and went for about an hour.  It was cool to look at.  I guess I was disappointed because I figured it would be a total eclipse, but it was just a partial one.  Overall it was really cool to get to go out and be able to look at it!  Not sure when the next eclipse is, but we will be ready with our cool glasses ;).
